D. F. Barnes Limited is strategically located near the waterfront and major city roadways on 22 Sudbury Street in St. John's. It is important that the company maintain its proximity to these areas and be close to the head offices of large multi-national oil companies, engineering firms and government offices and facilities. It leases 8,000 sq. ft of production space and approximately 2,000 sq. ft of offices. In addition to Sudbury Street, the firm is currently commissioning an additional 14,000 sq. ft manufacturing and staging facility in the St. John’s area.
The company shares space with a group of strategic customers and suppliers including Ozark Services Ltd, DGN Electrical Ltd, Penney Energy Ltd, Eastern Industrial Ltd, and Hydraulic Systems Ltd.
